I had trusted A Clean Sweep to continue doing a good job after I had already used them several times to clean out my stove pipes from the built up soot. But when they installed a new stove, only one person showed up and he was new and ended up dropping the stove because he couldn't get it up the stairs on the deck. After the install, the stove leaked, causing my windows to smoke up and the carbon monoxide detector to go off.
