I had an appointment today at noon, when I arrived the closed sign was still up and the doors were locked (shop opens at 9am) We knocked on the doors and window to see if anyone was there and no response. I tried calling but no one picked up. We spoke to 3 other people who were there for an appointment some even earlier than me we’re still waiting there. Finally a mechanic I can trust for myself and my family. Josh is a good soul and I trust him enough to recommend him to anyone looking for a good mechanic
Loved this place, always go for oil change, but I went this past Friday and half hour after appointment I was still waiting I was told he was coming , I couldn't wait any longer so I was understanding he was busy. He booked me in fire Monday morning, I show up and does are locked, not open?! I'm driving from cambridge to go here and I'm not impressed! Can't leave a message as machine is full!!
