Very professional dealer
it was great....
They advertised a different price for the 2014 Kia Optima sxl turbo that initially attracted me. I arrive to the dealership to find out the sticker price was actually 3k more. Rudy calls me the next day and acts rudely when I explain to him the situation. He hangs up on me in the middle of speaking. The other gentlemen were passable as salesmen but Rudy is not.
Terrible!! Schedule to see the vehicle & test ride for Saturday sales person called me three times that day to see if I’m still coming in when I arrive the vehicle was not there they said it was in service, knowing I was coming in from out of town smh.
Good prices
They lied about the price if the car...advertised one price snd then when i got there and worked out a deal the sales guy boosted the price 7k and tells me thats the price after a 4k down payment...Deceitful and waste of my time!!!
Lack of customer service. waited over 45min for Cleveland whom I was told "is in the bathroom will be right out". After waiting so long, I left.
