I've worked with Sarah in both a personal and professional capacity. She is caring, kind, and compassionate. I appreciate her insights and advice, and that she's quick to ask questions to seek understanding without judgment. I would recommend her and the rest of A Centered Life staff, as I'm sure they'll also seek to live out those values, to anyone wanting to improve their mental health.
Life sometimes hits hard. There are seasons we need a compassionate helper to come along side us and offer a listening ear, guidance, and accountability. Sarah is a beautiful example of one of these helpers. She is not just a wonderful professional counselor...she is an amazing human who holds a safe and healing space for others. When my wife and I have been asked if we can give a referral to a good counselor, Sarah has been the first card and info we give out!
