I have to disagree with the posts here. This has been one of the worst experiences in Medical Care I have received. The customer service was awful. As a new patient had to wait 2 hours to see a Dr. with my hungry baby in the waiting room. I was then told the Dr. I saw was leaving the practice leaving me hanging for follow up work that needed to be done. Then I was charged with an asinine bill costing me upwards of $1000 for a 6 week post-partum checkup. Not only this, but I was told I needed to have my thyroid tested, only t... read more
I am so happy I am a patient here. The Docs are wonderful the staff is always so kind and helpful! So happy there's such a wonderful place to go in Glenwood! I would HIGHLY reccomend to anyone who will listen!
Most amazing people and experience I've had with a lady doctor. They truly care and aren't just great with customer service, but they are very personable!! I've found the place where I'm gonna go for all of my lady care needs!! Thank you for being you and providing your amazing services!
ITS GREAT TO BE ABLE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHEN I CALL. THE STAFF IS GREAT. YOU ARE ALWAYS WELCOME TO COME IN TO GET HELP. THE DOCTORS KNOW THEIR STUFF. IF THEY DON'T HAVE AN ANSWER THEY WILL FIND ONE FOR YOU, GOING TO THIS OFFICE IS LIKE HAVING A SAFE ZONE.
