He took the time to have a thoughtful conversation with me before my surgery. He definitely made me feel more comfortable and not alone on the most terrible day of my life. Anyone would be lucky to have a doctor who cares so much about his patients.
I had a very good experience with everyone in the facility. I will be back soon for my implant replacement.
Dr. Collins is the best. As a patient, I always feel unheard or dismissed but Dr. Collins makes SURE I know that he listened and he heard. Even if the outcome is not what I may have wanted I never feel like I was dismissed with him. I cannot stress enough how much that means to me. Thank you Dr. Collins, I know you truly do care about your patients.
