I received terrible customer service at the Mandarin location. I drove in from 30 minutes away. On the highway I missed my exit which added more time on the drive. I called the clinic to let them know what happened and ask if I should keep coming to the appt. I was advised to keep coming. Upon arrival I was told they could no longer see her and I had two options; either leave her and come back in an hour and a half or sit and wait with her for the same amount of time. Oh, the recording on my phone reminding me of Tommy and Tiger's appointment was so tender as the boys were swooned over and welcomed for their rechecks. Always, helpful, courteous, giving us attention because the boys are orange and cute but because the staff is charming to us. We always leave a fair amount of money behind as these brothers have an asthma and a urinary condition. We've been with Dr. Rodgers since before A Cat Clinic was opened when she was in Arlington. She, and all of the great doctors and staff have taken care of our 4 fur babies over a 20+ year span. Bandit passed at 18, Aileron passed at 4, Bubba passed at 17 and we just let Scooter go last week at 18. We've always had excellent service from all, follow up phone calls on medical issues, reminders of appointments, no long waits, cards, etc. We moved 50 miles away about 18 years ago and we still drive in to A Cat Clinic. Treated our baby like a king. Great staff and wonderful doctor.
Although I pride myself as a dog person,I have been involved in the cat world for over 20 years now. I started off with the Bear Foundation practicing TNR, leaving me with cats that were neglected, unwanted and homeless. Although I have been a loyal patron of another veterinary clinic for nearly 17 years and I am very happy with them I have had several recent emergent conditions that forced me to reach out to The Cat Clinic. If you want fellow cat lovers to care and love your cat like their own and want the BEST care in every way possible then here's your place. After working there over 14 years there's nowhere else I'd bring my cats! Best of the best on feline care.
