Bad service provider. They say they are working on finding a caregiver and string the family along for weeks. When the family calls back up to see about the progress, they get a response of "hours are hard to fill." Really?? It has been almost three weeks that we have been waiting!! Then they call the DDD and cancel our hours, stating that they didn't know we needed anyone. Find somewhere else to get services from.
