I want to commend Katherine Hughes at A Care Connection When my husband came home from the hospital she assisted me in obtaining home health care. A Care Connection Registered Nurse (RN), saved my wife's life. Her name is Harmony, RN. She had been coming to our home for several weeks as part of my wife's home care team; along with representatives from Occupational and physical therapy (OT and PT).
