KJ arrived when he said he would, checked the problem, went to his truck for the parts he needed, fixed the problem, cleaned up his mess, and was done. He took the time to explain the problem with the leaking toilet to me and asked if there was anything else I needed. I respect someone who is so thorough and extremely nice.
