This company sells what I believe to be the best brand of HVAC equipment there is on the market, Mitsubishi Electric. They stand behind the product that they sell, and although they don’t have flashy commercials or pretty girls hawking their products, they quietly and confidently provide the islands with the most reliable and serviceable AC brand. I highly recommend these guys and the Mitsubishi Electric lineup of air conditioning equipment.
Absolutely atrocious business practices, I have left multiple voicemails and I have called countless times over several hours just to speak to someone for an AC unit that is desperately needed for a family with young children. To add insult to injury I have also emailed them for a “faster response” and I’m still waiting. I have yet to talk to any of the employees and I am losing money because of the wait. Mitsubishi's are the best units, and A/C Warehouse has been the source for me, for just about 20 years now. In my previous home my unit was almost 20 years old and doing fine! In my new home, I replaced the previous units (because of course they died right after I got the house - and it was "the other brand") with Mitsubishi units. Working from home now, I am so thankful that I have these units from A/C Warehouse
