I bought my windows 10 years ago and there was a problem with one of the cranks, Mike the sales rep came personally to fix it and gave excellent service.
Fantastic company and product. Mike went through all the options with us and made sure we had the best window to meet our needs. Bob and his crew did a great job with the installation and took their time around our stained glass windows which we really appreciated! Communication was excellent. We can’t thank them enough.
A very positive experience from beginning to end, one small glitch which was corrected immediately, positive, knowledgeable staff, installers were professional, stayed till the job was done (ran late) and still cleaned up before they left..couldn'tbe happier .
Mike is great to deal with, we got several properties (all windows replaced). He is honest and has a lot of integrity. They are there for you on time, and keep their commitment with reasonably right price in all fairness. Product is great! We are continuing to work with them in several other ongoing projects!
