Super friendly staff and very helpful the gentleman that helped me with my window was so sweet and kind very knowledgeable!!! Will be coming back to finish off the rest of my house !! The lady at the front was so nice and welcoming all over great experience
I had many AC windows installed a number of years ago, and every single one of them now leaks through the double pane and there is condensation between the panes. I have a signed warranty, which they wouldn’t honour because I hadn’t sent it in to them after they were installed. I sent them a copy of the warranty and they said it was not valid. I would strongly suggest avoiding these windows.
Mike was fantastic in helping us figure out what we need, and the installation crew was super quick and professional! I’ll definitely buy from them again when I need them.
