RATS IN THE FACILITY. We’ve held multiple units here for the past 10 years and I recently unloaded one to move into a new house. Multiple boxes had been chewed through, peed on, and pooped in by rats.. yearbooks, family scrapbooks, and 2 mattresses are ruined because of this. The entire unit smelled of rat pee and poop. The front desk said “We’ve been having a rat problem and are working on it, good luck getting management to help you”. I’m waiting for the manager to call me back but this is UNACCEPTABLE. This place is infested with rats!!!! My unit is full of rat poo and the smell of urine is overwhelming. See the pictures of how the rats ate through my drum and ruined it .
