Prior to New management, I had a good experience. This new management is terrible. No heads up, my calls went straight to voicemail. I continued to call to alert them to my issues. The biggest issue is cash payments only. I underwent some major cancer medical issues and had to have surgery. I was in communication with A/C the entire time re my late payment ($29).
