Office staff/appointment schedulers are rude. Appointment times are not customer convenient, they are technician convenient. Techs do NOT show up as scheduled and cannot follow simple instructions. With all of the hassle, the costs add up to much more than just what you are charged for the service. Save yourself the aggrevation and go elsewhere.
Very good and professional. Always on time, always fair priced and excellent work.
Spent years trying to keep my sprinkler system working properly and I give up. They say they will be there at 9am and that truck is outside at that time. The crew knows exactly what they are doin . Told them my issues and got out of their way. I'm never going to try and blow out my own system or fix a head again. I'm done with doing that. I recommend this company to everyone. Excellent work.
