I FELL FOR HIS SCAM. I was not expecting the technician to be dishonest, because he had smog checked my car the last time it was due. He was so helpful. Services was fast and friendly. Price was appropriate. It was important to me to support a small, minority run business. I would have assigned him 5 stars, had I written a review at that time This time. Very over priced
$95 for a smog test which I thought was steep for 10/15 minutes for a car that passes easily. Other than that, everything else was positive.
Really tries to scam you And when he gets mad that you dont give him more money, he erased everything on with his scanner
For my Smog Star level test passed. I was quoted $25 less on the phone. I guess that was the hook then $10 more for not paying cash at a total of $135 with Passed Smog Test Certificate. The man was very nice and informative. Was out in less than 15mins. I'll come back again but I'll bring cash next time.
