OMG so hot last night with no air. Hubby called AC Service and repair.. out here by 9:45 and fixed my Air unit.. Needed a new motor. The friendliest men Ryon and Justin... AMAZING .. AC Service & Repair recently replaced my entire heat pump unit and the service was great. This was a big job but they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. And after all the work was done they cleaned up so that the only way you would have known they were there was the new thermostat on the wall. Before they left they were sure to explain the operation of the system to me, and even made sure the settings on the thermostat were just as I wanted them so I didn't need to do anything. I recently had a complete Heating and A/C system replacement for my older home. I decided to call A/C Service and Repairs Co. because they're a small family-run business. I had used them several years earlier for a repair job on my older A/C unit and was impressed with their neat appearance, politeness,honesty and fair price. I bought my house and I've done quite a bit of remodeling work to it. I've had my fair share of contractors in and out of the house, and A/C Service & Repairs Co has been the most professional and honest of them all. They replaced a 32 year old unit and had to do some modification that wasn't included in their bid. However, they did not charge me any extra and kept their promise to the original bid. Russ Allen and his son Ryan are top notch all the way. They gave our old system a thorough check this past summer and made emergency repairs to get us through a hot spell. FOR FREE BTW. Then Russ explained that our system was in need of complete replacement and wrote an estimate. We talked honestly about all the options available to us and what we wanted. I came home at 5:00pm on Friday and the house was 85 degrees. I went to yellowpages.com and found reviews of a A/C company that just couldn't be true but I decided to give them a try. Within 5 minutes Russ Allen calls me back, says that he or his son can be at my house in an hour or two. An hour later Ryon Allen is there fixing the problem and I had a cool 72 degree house in a few hours. Russ came out the day we called. He was very friendly and answered all of my husband's questions. He even showed him how to do it himself so he wouln't have to call about that issue in the future. It was a great experience and we would recommend them to anyone!
Woke up this morning in a sweat. The ac went out some time lst night. I found this company on yellowpages.com and called them for two reasons. First they were close by. Second they already had 5 good reviews and everyone of them were dead on. I called at 6AM and left a message. I had a call back by 7:30 saying they could be there around 9:30. They showed up at 9:00.
