Our insurance company helped us find AC Rank after a winter pipe burst and damage throughout the house. Aaron and his crew did a fantastic job. We made many changes over this 4 month job and they were always upfront about the cost and time it would take. We finished on time and on budget and we love the work they did. The crew is always friendly and professional. We highly recommend this company.

First let me say that I'm a jack of all trades, I only hire work out when it's something I simply do not have time to do. My quality standards are beyond high- I am the customer contractors love to hate because I will find fault with nearly everything. That being said, AC Rank exceeded even my ridiculously high expectations. I've had them out twice for two different jobs (they are the only contractor I've used more than once). I would never higher AC Rank to do anything. Not even dig a ditch They made a 180,000 error. They’re electrical person wired the house wrong and last night the ac units’ elec boxes blew, melted and started to burn They took 7 months to do my job but I fired them because their employee was rude and more importantly he could not build a stone wall. I had them take it down 2 times and re build it. The third build out I could see it was a mess so I fired them. Had to pay another company to fix the electrical, finish the plumbing... read more
I had AC Rank do a complete Master Bathroom remodel right down to the studs including enlarging the Master Bedroom Closet and they really did an outstanding job. We put Carrera Marble in the shower, heated tile floors in the bathroom area, and Soap Stone double vanity top and it came out beautiful. They were really great to deal and we are very happy with the entire experience. Matt our foreman was great. *** *

Not pleased with the overall experience. Tied in with Service Master and recommended by their supervisor, of which provided the same experience. ..not good. After the initial ceiling restoration proceeding to include chimney surround, stopped the installer due to dust throughout the house and unsatisfactory job results. Had to finish the job myself and received no compensation rebate from the work not completed. The second dry wall job ended up with the initial installer with similar results.
