The worst service I've ever received and an inexplicable scam from this company. It all started when, after living in our new house for three weeks, we hadn't yet set up a gas contract. When the gas company came, they indicated there was a leak and recommended A/C Plus as one of the companies to contact. A/C Plus came to our property. Our maintenance was rescheduled twice. Understood but once they did arrive to do the maintenance our system suddenly needed thousands of dollars in “repairs”. Quick backstory, had them out before many times due to a smell from our system. Never once until this past spring were we told there was mold in our HVAC system. We told them our child was sick and it needed to be resolved. In May we had them clean the units, and install UV lights inside the system to keep the mold from coming back.
