We called and they scheduled right away. Our air was out during the heat wave and we finally found someone that came the next day. Christian Brown came out to fix our air. He found the problem, and hopefully fixed it. They will check with us in a couple of days to see how things are. We have a feeling it’s a leak. Christian was a very respectful young man and apologized for taking so long to find all the problems. The transformers was also burned out and he showed us everything he did. Great experience. Only issue was the scheduling. When I made the appointment I was told the technician would be there between 8-12. When they didn’t show I called and was told the appointment was for 12-4. Even then they didn’t show until 3:30. Overall the technician knew what he was doing and resolved our AC problem quickly. Good price for the service call.
Great experience! Christian did a thorough job and was very professional.
The Tech was awesome, and he got us ready to get through the hot summer months!
