They have become very disconnected from their customers. They no longer answer their phones and have a third party AI company that takes messages that doesn't send them to AC Plus. They previously had really good service and were recommended to me by a neighbor. I signed a maintenance contract prior to them changing their business model. They are now impossible to connect to. Update: after my review an operational manager called me. They sent a very experienced technician that found the problem (very simple fix). Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what it was when I told him about the sound. He still checked everything in the unit to ensure nothing else was wrong. The unit appears to be fixed and not making loud noises. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with heating and air. Harvey was so knowledgeable and experienced. Not only did he give an extremely thorough tune up but he educated me on how to care for my unit in the future.
