This morning the light of the AC Parts God happened to shine favorably upon me. My call to AC Parts Warehouse was prompted by frustration relating to the fact that I am having to replace the compressor on my work vehicle for a FOURTH time in a little over ONE year because of various compressor body and slow seal leaks confirmed by my Bacharach H-10...and most recently, a cracked manifold body. As of OCT 1 , 2024 , Well unfortunately I must drastically change my review from 5 stars to 1 star! WHY? They will not stand behind their warranty. Super nice family business, but will pass you around for months to Richard, Ricky, Robert, Zane , Jennifer, with always the promise they will call you back within a day ( THEY WILL NOT ) so you have to keep calling them back , just to get passed around time and time again . Great prices but slow for any warranty claim. I've used acparts a few times due to the good prices. I had to send back a compressor for a warranty as the clutch came apart. Compressor still rotated just a failed clutch. Super obvious and a no brainer. I have waited 2 weeks now and still no credit granted. Still being told we will get to it. I have other parts that were going to be ordered for another job, but am holding off to see how they handle this claim. It was $41 to send the compressor to them out of pocket as well. ... read more
I had a great experience with AC Parts! They had the Sanden compressor I needed in stock, and were able to make me new hoses on the spot. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you need AC parts, AC Parts is the place to go.
