So, I had a slight issue last night with my A/C and Zac from A/C Mechanix came out he was amazing explaining to me what the issue was, he was respectful of my floors by putting on boots to cover any mess. I appreciated his explanation and advice on getting the additional annual service through them, which I plan to do to make my life here in Florida easier as I run my A/C almost all year round. Called the office 8/1 spoke to Maxillion and he scheduled me for Monday 8/3 for a A/c tune up my window of time was 8 to 12 no one ever showed 😑 no call at all when I called the office I got not a person in office saying that they call me no thanks for nothing

Wayne came out on a hot early evening on a Friday. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the AC problem. He was courteous and professional. Answered all of my questions and explained the charges thoroughly. I will call on AC Mechanix when needed again.
