We have been using AC Mechanix for years. We have not been disappointed yet. Between the appointment schedulers, the technicians, and Brad, we are treated with kindness and empathy for the lack of AC in this Florida heat. They are also willing to teach you how to troubleshoot a problem before you have to make the call. 5 stars all the way!
I have been a long standing customer of AC Mechanix for well over 20+ years now. In that time I would honestly say I have been genuinely satisfied and very pleased with their services. Yesterday, they installed my 2nd HVAC unit, a 2-ton Goodman, which is what they had also installed for me the first time. I have a relatively small townhome so a 2-ton system is quite sufficient. I had to replace a dual capacitor. I found them available for less than $35. The company charges an over $400 for this part . That’s more than a. 1000% markup .Absolutely love the service but I think this is an outrageous markup on a part that takes Maybe 10 minutes to replace at the most.
My AC is STILL OUT because a vendor sent AC Mechanix the wrong unit, but AC Mechanix still took care of me by sending Albert to my house with a portable AC!! Albert is awesome. Thank you.
Called up and made an appointment for them to come out the next day and they got the job done! They did an amazing job and my a/c is back up and running again. Great service
