I get the service from them to install all new units and only work for 5 years and when the sold me this unites they said will be the better unit in the market this is bs I contact them and the only think they tell me you need to buy a new units they can not help me costumer service. Is bad never get them for anything

Called to have a tune up done purposely asked before hand about a part from last year I needed and lady said on phone they stock it on truck tech showed up does not have part and tried to charge for parts I don’t need to make up for it so I would recommend not using them if they can’t provide great customer service and stand behind what they say now I will have to call someone else to do work correctly.
I bought a Trane system last year on 9-10 it was installed. For over $7,000!!! it was super quiet and hardly came on. we were satisfied for the most part until today when I finally remembered to call and all them to send someone out to listen to my outside unit because now it's loud and buzzing. well to my surprise I was told this will cost me a $99.00 service call. I said this dont come with that $7,000 sticker I had paid.. thay said no.. for $7,000 I was promised that I would not have to pay anthing for a long time.. guess... read more
