Prompt, thorough, courteous, explained all that was done. Price was very competitive, better than three of the four quotes I got. I believe it was a good value.
My initial contact with the company was due to an insect issue. We set up an appointment for the next day. Andrew arrived on time and explained the problem and his recommended solutions. I agreed with his proposal. The following day he arrived on time and spent several hours setting up insecticide stations in various locations. I was pleased with the effort and hope to report later on the results.

I’m very impressed with this company and Andrew in particularly. We needed a termite inspection for a new home escrow and Andrew showed up on time, completed his extensive exam of the property (unlike others in the past) and explained in detail his findings. I would definitely hire him again.
They were available by the end of the week needed. Other companies were not available until the following week and scheduling conflicts arose on our end, so no fault of theirs. Andrew was kind, thorough and the costs were cost effective, which included a state report.
