I had lost a very special insured necklace. The claim was sent to A Bryans during this time of business closures. Heather located a replacement diamond and scheduled a private showing for me to approve it. When the pendent arrived, Bryan personally set it and went to great detail with the setting and safety of the necklace. I felt like a special and valued customer. Everyone wore masks and sanitizer even used on the pen I used to sign documents. Highly recommend this fine jewelry store.
