I have heard only good things from other nannies! I recently have had trouble sending any resume/application to them; my emails keep getting returned. They are not answering the phone or returning phone calls.

Good luck getting in contact – As a job seeker it is frustrating to spend weeks trying to get a call back. Danielle posted a Craigslist ad but doesn't bother to return phone calls. I have a lot of experience and would make a great nanny but I can't do so without an interview. Maybe this agency is good for families but it neglects its potential nannies.
Amazing service! – I was referred to A Brilliant Nanny from my co-worker and I am glad that I gave them a call. They found me a great nanny and it was nice to know that they perform background checks and do a thorough job interviewing them to make sure they are a good fit for their families! I highly recommend them to all of my friends.
Great emergency service – I had an emergency need for a nanny for 3 days. A brilliant nanny scheduled a wonderful nanny that provided my son with lots of outdoor excursions and tons of play time. I have a 2 yr old that likes to keep busy and the nanny did a wonderful job doing just that while keeping his schedule. I would highly recommend A Brilliant Nanny.
