Great people to work with. Jewelry is spectacular. I didn't want the run of theill coolie cutter, everyone has kind of ring. When we found this 1920's art deco ring I knew it was the one!Reached out to them to pair my engagement ring with an antique art deco wedding band.
TDLR: They completely messed up my repair and tried to charge me 3 times the quoted repair price. My earrings will never be the same. I trusted this company with a pair of vintage turquoise and 9kt gold earrings that were very special to me, and they messed up every step of the process. I brought the earrings in to have posts added since they originally had screw backs. A few days later, they called and quoted me $50 for adding 9kt posts. I had an exceptionally good experience with these folks from A to Z. I love the ring I purchased, and the person who assisted me was extremely knowledgeable and receptive to the questions I had. When I received the ring, it was even nicer than I expected. The price was also reasonable. It’s also helpful that they do complementary resizing of your purchase and it is returned to you very quickly. I’ll definitely do business with them again!
They helped me so much and their jewelry is so beautiful. I really love their antique jewelry the most.
