I have bought a lovely piece of jewelry in the past but on my last purchase I wasn't fully satisfied and wanted to return it. Since their website uses something like Shopify it made the transaction a very hard experience. I was told to return the necklace and because of Shopify they have my money and the necklace. I should have at least one of those returned to me. In store experiences are probably vastly better. Although I was never returned either the necklace is back on their website.

Disappointing experience. Poor communication on a $5,000+ antique jewelry purchase. The item was sold online without disclosure that it was not in the store’s possession, repeated updates were promised and never provided, and the order was ultimately canceled without any direct communication.
