Had unit 113 for several years. Went to get stuff out and my lock was gone. After going through everything, had several thousand dollars worth of stolen and water damaged things. I called Brad, and he said he had no idea why my lock was gone. Never even offered to replace my $40 lock. Forced to pay insurance on the unit, but somehow, even though they removed my lock, nothing is covered. I threw away 35% of what was in the unit due to water damage.
