Avoid this place at all costs! Two warnings: steer clear of Brad Beck if you're alone, as he's volatile and confrontational. Additionally, the property itself is in disrepair. After being bought out by a company from Greenfield, maintenance has been nonexistent except for new security cameras. The buildings are crumbling - siding is falling off, doors aren't functioning properly, and the driveway is narrow. The lack of snow plowing is also a concern. Nice people but poor value for the cost. I was going to just let it drop but since you replied, not only is the value poor but when i closed it the account, they closed the writing account and pulled another payment from my account, without authorization. UPDATE- The office manager's number always has a full mailbox. I suspect that is the person who responded to this post. They are worthless. They have yet to pay it back that beginning of November. We can't get a call back, no repayment. I'm not surprised you didn't have record. Your business standards would back that up. A lawyer is next. Pay me.
