Nice people but poor value for the cost. I was going to just let it drop but since you replied, not only is the value poor but when i closed it the account, they closed the writing account and pulled another payment from my account, without authorization. UPDATE- The office manager's number always has a full mailbox. I suspect that is the person who responded to this post. They are worthless. Nice people but poor value for the cost. The account was in my wife's name. I was going to just let it drop but since you replied, not only is the value poor but when i closed it the account, they closed the writing account and pulled another payment from my account, without authorization. They have yet to pay it back that beginning of November. We can't get a call back, no repayment. I'm not surprised you didn't have record. Your business standards would back that up. A lawyer is next. Pay me.
