This spa is NOT black owned.
I usually have good experience at better you day spa I had appt booked out about 5 weeks in advance Got a call 2 days before and they cancelled my appt saying scheduling conflict. Tried to make another appt same therapist and told would be next month before I could see her. Poor service will find a new salon to go to

Lovely team of people & Great Service! I found the salon by accident, searching Chattanooga where I was vacationing. The lovely general manager, Meagan spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with me answering questions, reassuring me (my first spa visit) and helping me choose the right services and team to work on me. I got a pedicure, a manicure, a facial and a massage. Leilian, Rebecca and Deanna all did a wonderful job. I will be back if I'm ever in Chattanooga. Thanks Better You Day Spa!

Greeted as I walked in and offered water while I waited. Great shampoo and cut as usual. Claire always gives advice on how to recreate a look at home. I will be back!
