The management here is not on the same page. One manager says one thing, another says something else. No one is treated with any dignity or respect and there is gossip about employees to other employees from managers. There is no training and management is demanding, berating and demeaning. a better solution in home care has caregivers who steals from seniors, has criminal employees who stole money from the local people in . The owner has a long list of criminal records. Do your best to stay away from this company. Everyone needs to shut down this business asap! Seniors are not safe! Also, the District Attorney needs to look into their fraudulent activities, they stole money from PPP LOAN to pay for their cars and family members.
Update: I was under the impression that I would be put as an inactive status. I was not warned that I'd be terminated. That was not the only problem that this company had. This company had VERY rude staff throughout my entire time working for them and your "apology" has no meaning as it is the same as saying to a hurting person, "Sorry you took that the wrong way". Do better as a nursing agency.
