Luis was outstanding and was quick to reply to my texts. He met with my mom and myself and went over her settings on her cpap and did some adjustments since she felt like she wasn’t getting enough air. He took his time with her and answered all of our questions. Also he made us aware that mom’s cpap machine had been recalled back in 2020 (we got her machine through a company in another city) and I then was able to contact a representative about the missed recall and they are working with us. This dude, Louis, was sneezing sniffling and all sick and he took the nasal part of the test out of the sanitary package and put his dirty hands all over it to show me how to connect it. First of all, I’m not an idiot I can figure out how to connect a hose to the reader. Second, now it’s not sanitary anymore. I asked him if I could have that had not been taken out of the package. Finally a local respiratory therapist That is sincere and genuinely concerned about his patients, health problems, and a way to resolve them with the least expense possible. Luis is a rare medical professional in this world. Highly recommend him for CPAP and any medical supply issues needed. He allowed me to come in on his day off Inventory to adjust my CPAP machine for me as it was incorrect since I had it. Five Stars! Finally, a Respiratory Specialist store that has your health at the top of his list. His reviews are spot on. I went to Luis and experienced excellent customer service. I was having many sleepless nights with my current mask. He helped me properly fit the mask I had, but then we discussed other issues and he helped find a better fitting mask and I was able to try on masks first.
