Thank you! – After starting with Service Magic and Angie's list (which resulted in half of the companies never showing up and the other half providing outrageously high quotes), I found these guys via searching Google. Truly A Better Pool Service – I have had several services since moving to dallas and this is by far the best!
FANTASTIC Service – A Better Pool Service has been so helpful. I just moved into a new home with a pool. I've never owned a pool before. I found A Better Pool Service online and submitted a form for a free pool audit. They were here the next day checking everything out. I called them back for a pool school and they now do my filter cleans and take care of all of my repairs.
Horrible waste of money – this has been a nightmare, time after time we have complained. it never gets better. I dont know why i keep wasting 140 dollors as I could do a better job myself.
Strongly Recommend! – I have been a customer for 6 months now and have been very pleased. They have very decent prices and they are always very friendly. I can count on my pool looking good and if I do have an issue with their service, they are quick to correct it.
They went above and beyond today – I've only used this company for 2 months, but they have done really well for me this summer. I would recommend to my neighbors.
Would not use again. – Let the water overflow into the street, after cleaning the pool, creating a code inforcement violation with the city. Charged for monthly maintenance services not performed. Refused to resolve billing issue after calls and letters sent. Failed to repond to a complaint form. Sent to collections and effected my credit.
Worst Pool service – I am a pool owner for more than 20 years and have had several pool companies servicing my pool. This company is the worst that I have ever had. Their so called technitions know nothing and they will ruin your pool equipment. They left my pump at backwash position for more than a day and I lost more than 6 inches of water. Another time they left the water running and my pool got over flooded.
