I recommend Better Plumbing Services. The plumbers sent out were very professional and explained everything as the day went along. I have used BPS in the past to work on my hot water heater. Always professional, the plumbers and the office staff. This visit involved pressure reducing valve with replacement pipes on both sides (under the house) plus an old valve replaced and pipes near the water meter. The admin / ladies that took my information and created the lead told me I would be contacted within 1 business day. I waited 3 before calling back and notifying them that I never received a call back. They then lied to my face and told me they had called several times. Never left a voicemail which further leads me to believe they are incompetent and liars. I provided 2 working phone numbers. I didn't receiver a call or vm on either. BPS (Ricky) came out to my home once before to repair a leaky pipe in the attic. All went well with that experience, so I called them back today because we had a problem with a clogged commode. Ricky came out today, attempted to fix the commode, and said there was a crack in the toilet. He recommended it be replaced and gave me an estimate of $375 for replacement. I had the pleasure of using the services of Better Plumbing Services recently. The office staff were friendly and courteous. A plumber was dispatched to repair a leak in my bathroom shower.
