I cant express enough how grateful I'm am to A better place funeral. The girls there, Dolly and I believe her name was Jennifer. These ladies are amazing. They kept me informed and walked me through the difficulty process of helping my mom rest in peace. When I went to pick her up they had given me a pamphlet that offered specialty jewelry to made with her finger prints. I thought that was such an amazing thing to do for a passed loved one. Highly recommend!! We used A Better Place when our loved one died. Jennifer (and Dolly) were caring, professional, and helped us in finding a cemetery for burial and a reasonably priced coffin. Their assistance throughout this difficult time was invaluable.
Giving 0 stars!! We watched Mr William Henderson put one of our residents in trash bags then blankets instead of using a body bag. When asked about it he said proudly " its something he came up with to keep from getting body fluids in his car" !! Im beyond disgusted at his actions. So disrespectful!!
