I’m so happy I chose A better place funeral home for my mom’s cremation. After the loss of my mom it was difficult handling all of the logistics. Jennifer Connell made the whole process easy, was prompt with her communication, showed care and empathy for what I went through. I received my mom’s ashes and her locks of hair as requested, death certificate, and certificate of cremation. Thanks for being reliable and professional.

This review is for the mortuary a better place in Thornton, Colorado. Very unprofessional they don’t return phone calls nor emails like they say they’re going to when you call and finally do get a hold of somebody. They don’t know anything and can’t give a time or date of when a family members ashes can be picked up. Please save yourself some time and use another facility that will show compassion,professionalism. During this hard time.
