I started with the Yin Yoga (provided by Peace Yoga in Menomonee Falls) at A Better Me Spa and tried my first 30 min float therapy 3 months ago. The spa is beautiful, clean, inviting from the first wife of subtle essential oils to the welcoming faces of Cayla and Chad. The float rooms are spacious and include all the personal conveniences you could ask for. I have experienced many health benefits including lowering my blood pressure from regular floats.
A great relaxing atmosphere! Very knowledgeable & helpful staff! My flotation therapy was So relaxing! Beautiful property! Very inviting!!!!
This is a perfect way to let loose and relax after a long week of work! Chad and Cayla are very helpful and knowledgeable. I can't wait to go back and float again soon :)

Best massage ever with Sheri! Amazing! The experience is great from start to finish.
The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and acomodateing. They explained the services and what to expect. Had the Infared Sauna and the floatation therapy after. Left feeling very relaxed and slept better then I have in a very long time. The massages by Sheri are outstanding. I would highly recommend you try all of the services.

My float yesterday was the best I've experienced and the preceding massage was so incredibly relaxing - perfect pressure and constant contact. The staff is so well-informed, welcoming and professional. Truly beyond compare. To top it all off, they were able to easily accommodate my need for fragrance-free products. I can't recommend it enough!
