I've been frequenting A Better Me for over a year, and absolutely love the experience. A float is a float- be it a room, a pod, or a samadi. What makes A Better Me so wonderful is the relaxing ambiance when you walk in, waterfall showers on either side of your float, and Chad and Cayla's passion for helping people use floating to "get where they are going". If you haven't been before, but are reading posts... that means you NEED to book and try FLOATING for yourself!
Thank you so much for an amazing evening, I did the yin yoga and afterwards a 30 min float it was awesome! I love the owners really sincere and very educational. Thank you also to Diane from Peace Yoga for leading and Introducing this great event.
