Ron is the BEST!! Very professional, funny and affordable. He was there on time , reviewed the important stuff after we left the house. Got the report done in less than 48 hours and emailed it to me (Full report& Summary). After I read the report he reviewed it with me and told me what to focus on and what is minor and simple. Everything was efficient and easy. Would definitely RECOMMEND.
Ron is an excellent inspector with a knack for details. He is extremely through and I have used him more than once. If you want to know everything about a house you are buying, then you should call Ron!

The report was so detailed, the photos made the whole report much more easier to understand what types of hazards if any. The report is in categories and recommendations item by item. I feel a very fair price for the quality, accuracy and experience. He doesn't miss a thing.
