Elisa was calm with my aggressive dog. She taught me how to properly handle my little Chiweenie Olaf. Professional to say the least, knowledgeable about my dog, personable and very positive. She really wants me to succeed. She has kept in touch as to how things are going... and I am following her training for Olaf and it is great. He appreciates being calm and able to blend in with others. I love my Olaf... before and more now. Thanx Elisa
