No nonsense technician. Determined issue and solved. As an engineer, this is my kind of technician I was looking for. I knew what the issue was but we are new to town and trying to find an honest HVAC company. Sure enough, diagnosed the right part, quote where I expected to be and solved during that trip. Bottom line, We found our team to use going forward. I don’t give out 5s easily but here’s one.

It is hard to find honest, caring, knowledgeable HVAC companies. My upstairs HVAC unit was only 18 months old when it stopped working. The parts were under warranty but the service had ran out. I paid the original installer to fix it and it quit working a day later. He refused to come back out again. I called another company who told me I would have to replace the entire unit outside and inside, thousands of dollars basically. He also said he would have to diagnose it first for $400 to be sure!
