Joe was wonderful to work with! When we started looking for a runner for our stairs, we were overwhelmed by the number of options online. Being able to see samples in person at the store and talk through what we wanted with Joe was extremely helpful. He helped us choose a runner that fit both our style and our needs, and he showed up exactly when he said he would to install it. We have used A Better Carpet for 3 rooms in our house now. I can’t say enough good things about them, from the initial conversations to the many options available, to the communication. The first 2 rooms we had done were kids rooms, removed the carpet & added flooring. They had great time management, mess free & most importantly made sure it’s exactly what we wanted. Fantastic experience with having a custom runner installed on our stairs. Their carpet selection was incredibly broad and of high quality. Install and pricing were incredibly reasonable, better than Empire and other big names. Would absolutely use them again for future work.
Friendly and prompt service for carpeting needs. We've had three rooms and a stair runner installed and they've done a great job with each. 9/27/22 update: I wasn't able get A Better to repair some spots in carpets they'd installed so I found Strictly Carpet Repairs who did a great job. Minus one star
