Horrible company to deal with. Wait for days to respond back and tell you that they did a background checked and called to check employment in less than 2 min. Confirmed with my employer that they never reached out. They told me I was denied without any reasoning.
They are slumlords. She will refuse to do any maintenance, attempt to pin damage on the tenant, refuses to repair and replace 50 year old appliances, and will attempt to change the lease to "force an eviction" DO NOT RENT FROM HER!
Terrible.
