i can't say enough good things about this chimney sweep team. i left a message and landon called me back quickly to set up an estimate. They arrived right on time, gave me a clear quote, and found obvious chimney and fireplace issues that a previous inspection had missed. a better chimney's inc. sent two very polite, hard-working technicians to repair and service my chimney. they worked steadily all day, kept the fireplace and chimney area clean, answered all my questions, and showed me helpful pictures of the work. the repair was done with great care and the whole process felt professional from start to finish. i highly recommend them for chimney repair and chimney sweep service.
Landon was very informative and helpful in showing me how my fireplace and chimney work. A Better Chimney's Inc. came out for a chimney inspection, and we are planning to update and renovate the fireplace soon. The information they shared about the chimney sweep process, safety, and the steps for the fireplace upgrade was very useful and made it much easier to plan everything out for our home in Tampa.
Jamie was very professional and showed up right on time to clean and inspect my two fireplaces and chimney system. He also fixed one fireplace that had not been working for a long time and made sure it was drafting properly again. The whole chimney sweep service was smooth, helpful, and well done.
