We have used this chimney sweep service for many years. They do quality work on many parts of the fireplace and venting system. On this visit, they repaired a leaking gas line to our fireplace, replaced some worn parts, and made sure everything was safe and working right. while he was there, i asked jamie to look at the flashing around the chimney after our roof was redone in Tampa, and he checked it as a helpful courtesy. we also appreciated the clear communication and the careful cleanup after the work.
We were pleased from the first chimney inspection through the full sweep and completion. The team was professional, friendly, and efficient, and the communication was excellent the whole way. This was the first time our chimney and fireplace system had been serviced in a very long time, so they took extra care to explain the buildup, the cleaning process, and what was needed for safe use. Now our chimney is clean, working properly, and ready for cooler Tampa evenings when we want to enjoy the fireplace with peace of mind.
A Better Chimney's Inc. gave great service that was on time, professional, and very affordable. Landon was very courteous and took extra time to explain everything about our chimney, liner, insulation, and wood stove insert in simple terms. He walked us through the cleaning and inspection process, shared helpful chimney sweep tips, and pointed out what to watch for so we can keep the system safe and working at its best. He was honest, thorough, and helped us understand how to get the best efficiency from the wood stove inser... read more
A Better Chimney's Inc. did a great job fixing the old chimney and related roof flashing on our townhouse after we noticed a leak coming into one of the rooms. We also had an inactive chimney that was in very poor shape, and Nolan did solid work replacing it and making everything safe and clean. The crew finished on schedule in just a few days, stayed within the agreed cost, and explained the chimney repair process clearly. Since the work was completed, even with heavy rain and humid weather, we have not had any more leaks o... read more
i can't say enough good things about this chimney sweep team. i left a message and landon called me back quickly to set up an estimate. They arrived right on time, gave me a clear quote, and found obvious chimney and fireplace issues that a previous inspection had missed. I was told the schedule was busy and the first opening was about a month out, which was completely understandable. Then a few days later, landon called again to let me know they had a cancellation and could move us up sooner, which was a great surprise. ear... read more
