Terrible communication. Back and forth phone tag with them. They never said anything about cash only. Showed up early and then said I wasn’t there and left when I talked to them and told them I had to run and grab cash. I worked all day and was given no notice that they were coming and required cash. Beyond rude when contacted them about it.
Excellent service at a fair price. We noticed bees around our water meter. Called Busy Bee and within the hour Thomas arrived and took care of it. He answered all of our questions and was able to take the queen and most of the others with him. Would highly recommend Busy Bee - local and reputable.
Very racist didn't want to talk to people of color very bad attitude
If you ever have a problem with bees this is the place to call. I could not be more pleased. The gentleman was as nice as he could be. He did the job the same day I called. The price was very reasonable and he explained the whole procedure he performed. Thank you Busy Bee Co. for a job well done.
