Horrible Customer Service esp. from Owner I trusted this florist with my wedding arrangements and bouquets. Their customer service was horrible. The final products they provided were less than acceptable. They did not follow instructions or the "agreed upon" proposal. Essentally, they did things they way and with the flowers they decided to use and disregarded what I wanted. Some flowers were wilted...
