I have never been able to see her expertise. I tried to make an appointment with her and she shined me on. Little does she know I was referred by 3 of my Hair clients to go to her ( I am A licensed Cosmetologist of 44 years) I tried a second time and she wouldn't have anything to do with me. The woman that answered the phone when I called was incredibly rude and talked me out of scheduling an appointment. The website has a “covid” leg special. I called to inquire about it and schedule an appointment, and she said “oh this takes years you should probably do under arm”. I asked her what the prices were and she couldn’t give me a straight answer and kept talking about how long it would take. Very uncomfortable phone conversation, won’t be trying again.
