The woman that answered the phone when I called was incredibly rude and talked me out of scheduling an appointment. The website has a “covid” leg special. I called to inquire about it and schedule an appointment, and she said “oh this takes years you should probably do under arm”. I asked her what the prices were and she couldn’t give me a straight answer and kept talking about how long it would take. Very uncomfortable phone conversation, won’t be trying again.
