They were awesome to work with and very responsive. Did great work, very happy with the finished roof and carport after hurricane Milton.
Matt called and scheduled an appt on 6/16 to come and give us an estimate for our roof. He was not friendly on the call and never showed up for the appt. I guess my time is not important. I would never consider a company like this!!
I have an issue with a small part of my roof. I am having problems with my HOA so I'm trying to get a second opinion. I called A Barlett and they took my information and said they would call me but I never got a call. I am leaving this same review on every roofer who has done this to me. I even offered to pay for the estimate because I know the HOA probably won't let them do any fixing and I want to pay the roofer for their time as it's only right. Cody, with A. Bartlett came out, assessed my damage from Hurricane Milton and gave me an estimate. In a timely fashion the guys were here and started their work. In less than 3 days they were done and what a great job! A lot of the neighbourhood came over to tell me how meticulously they worked how lovely the roof is LOL, and then I sure got a fine roofing company to Replace it for me.
