Made A Balanced Life part of the girls day with all three of my daughters and every single one of us came out of our massages feeling so relaxed! Great experience from purchasing our package, checking us in and having great therapists! Thanks ABL! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a great massage!

They reached out to us to make sure we were as comfortable with our first experience as we could be. They asked us what we might prefer and what we wanted avoided. I recommend A Balanced Life to everyone! Brian has a very real understanding of necks, shoulders and backs. He is the best I have ever been to. I got a membership because he is so good. I have chronic problems with those areas and going to Brian once a month makes a big difference.

This was my first professional massage ever, so take my review how you want. I had a very good experience with the whole process. I booked on the mind body app which I find makes things much easier for massage, Yoga, fitness classes, and cryotherapy. Once I came in at my scheduled time they took care of me immediately.
