This place can't follow simple directions and they have no concept about appointment time. I specifically as for a male for my massage and not only did they try to give me a female but they were 15 minutes late coming to get me. Because I arrived 15 minutes early, I was setting there for 30 minutes. Now mind you, they had a male present but they wanted him to take the person ahead of me SMH. This is not the first time I have had a issue with them but this will be the last time.
My husband and I went and had separate 60 minute massages. DJ was a great masseuse. clean rooms, relaxing music. We didn't arrive early to fill out paperwork, since it was our first time, so it was only a 45 minute massage, but we received the promo price, and it was overall a very nice experience. Very responsive (phone & email) staff. The front desk woman even called me back, and got us in after a cancellation, after being told they were booked solid. so happy she was able to fit us in!
BE AWARE- whatever you do, do not furnish them with your credit card, they will assess charges that you did not authorize!!!! Though the massage was good, this company is complicit of deplorable business practices. It is incumbent upon merchants to be transparent about their fee schedules and to communicate what they are charging on one's credit card!
I've been here around 3 or 4 times and each time has been excellent. If you have an opportunity to, reserve Star as your massage therapist. You won't be disappointed
They give poor reviews to people who won't do business with them anymore. Very immature and childish. Good luck finding a new laundry vendor.
We had a 60 minutes couples massage and we both had a great experience. Lily was great and very soothing for me. My husbands therapist DuQuina was exactly what he needed to relax and reconnect. The space itself is a bit odd in that there isn’t a dedicated restroom in the office and the wine was served in styrofoam cups however the massage was wonderful and we will definitely come back again and request the same therapists We both feel totally refreshed and pampered
My fiancé and I had a great couples massage session. We enjoyed the ambiance, the staff was professional and Kate our massage therapist was great, we got some tips on how to enhance our own massages. I will definitely return and refer others.
