Had them do my 2017 taxes back in the beginning of 18 and can’t get ahold of them to pick up my taxes, every time I call I get the machine, every time I stop down the gate is closed and no one in the lot.
Took 7 months numerous telephone calls which no one answered nor returned calls , once I finally spoke with an employee I was told I would recieve a call back from the accountant who was doing my soon to be husband's taxes however she called him and an appointment was made for me to pick up and pay for his return and when I arrived there was no one at the office! And driving 45 minutes away and paying a toll just to be yet again inconvenience is out right ridiculous and he will no longer be using this firm.
