I stopped coming here because the staff is very rude whenever you ask for simple adjustments, like refining the nail shape or avoiding overly thick acrylics. They don’t listen to customer concerns and instead become irritated and dismissive. During my last visit, I asked the technician for a small correction, and he became visibly annoyed. His daughter then came and they began speaking in their native language while looking at me, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.
