I found this company on Facebook and it was highly recommended. I left a voicemail on Sunday afternoon and got a call around 8:30 Monday morning saying they could get here by noon. The gentleman that came was so professional so helpful answered all my questions and was here less than an hour. He was able to clean out the drain that I’ve had another company come out and try to fix twice. Very happy with this company. Very happy with the results and pricing. I have had my sewer line back up three times this year, and have had a local company here in Pekin here all three times. All three times they said that cast iron pipe under the basement floor was full of rust, and wanted a large sum of money to epoxy coat it. AB Hunter sent a young man who found a big ball of roots, and said that the pipes in the floor were not bad at all, and it was a fraction of the cost the other company charged me!!! Well done AB Hunter, you will be getting my business from now on.
Great customer service. Had issue with kitchen sink and water softener. 2nd time having them out. I believe it was one of the owners but took the time to explain everything and took one of the service call fees to make the landlord happy. Gave us honest recommendations of what should be fixed and what would be a waste of money. Definitely recommend to people in the future.
Not sure if my review posted. So doing it again.. My son’s basement floor drain backed up and over flowed. A friend of mine recommended A & B Hunter Sewer Service. Said very good and would use them again. My son called. Arrived on time. Opened drain in few minutes. However they pulled back a large cutter head attached to a broken cable. My son had used another local sewer company a few years ago. They had broken cable & they just left it in the drain. Never told my son it was broken in there.
